Websites for Arizona ROC contractors

Your license is live.
Your website should be too.

We build and host websites for newly licensed Arizona contractors — the kind homeowners trust, Google ranks, and AI assistants can read. Send us your ROC number and we'll have a demo site online for you within a day. No cost, no card.

Built by a contractor. Luis Rojo's Masonry LLC (ROC #337881) runs on the same system, and it's the first site in the catalog below.

Scope of work

Everything a contractor site needs, itemized

Laid out like a scope sheet, because that's how you read a bid. Every line below is built into the sites we ship today. Items marked Pro or Kit come with those packages; everything else is in every tier.

Div 01

Built for Arizona

Homeowners here check the ROC first. The site makes that a thirty-second job.

ROC number in the header, hero, footer and FAQWith your license class (KB-2, CR-6, C-11…) shown alongside it.
One-click verify at azroc.govDeep link straight to your license record — status, class, complaint history.
Licensed · Bonded · Insured badgesOnly the ones that are true for you. We don't put claims on your site you can't back up.
Handyman exemption disclosureFor unlicensed work under the A.R.S. threshold, worded so you stay compliant.
Service-area pages for every community ProTucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail… one page each, so you rank where you actually work.
Free-written-estimate messagingScope and price in writing before work starts — the thing Arizona homeowners ask about most.
Div 02

Found by Google and by AI

Structured data tells search engines and assistants like ChatGPT exactly who you are, what you do and where.

LocalBusiness schemaName, ROC credential, hours, phone, address, and every city you serve.
Service schema for each trade you offerPavers, stamped concrete, block walls — each one a separate, machine-readable service.
FAQPage schemaYour six most-asked questions, eligible for rich results in Google.
Organization schemaTies the business, contact point and social profiles into one entity.
Title, meta, Open Graph and canonical tagsWritten per page, so shares on Facebook and texts show the right preview.
Dedicated page per service Pro“Paver driveways Tucson” gets its own URL, its own copy, its own photos.
sitemap.xml and robots.txt ProGenerated with the site so every page gets crawled.
VideoObject schema on the video hero KitYour 45-second intro video, indexed as video.
Div 03

Leads that reach you

A form nobody answers is worse than no form. Ours fails loud, never silent.

Quote form → email in secondsName, phone, service, timeline and details land in your inbox and a Google Sheet you own.
Click-to-call everywhereHeader, hero, contact block, footer, and a floating call button on phones.
Honeypot spam trapBlocks bot submissions without making real customers solve puzzles.
15-second fallback to your phone numberIf the form ever can't reach the server, the visitor is told to call — no lead lost to a spinner.
Lead source and page trackingEvery lead records which page and referrer it came from, so you know what's working.
SMS lead alerts to your phone KitText within seconds of a submission. Registered A2P 10DLC, so carriers deliver it.
Lead scoring and daily digest KitHot leads flagged by service and timeline; a morning summary of yesterday's.
Div 04

Looks like a real company

The details that separate a licensed contractor from a guy with a truck.

Mobile-first layout, sticky header, mobile menuMost of your customers find you on a phone. The site is built for that first.
Animated stat countersYears in business, license number, communities served — counting up as they scroll into view.
Project gallery with lightboxFull-screen photos with swipe, arrow keys and captions.
Real-reviews-only review sectionNever placeholder testimonials. Empty state invites customers to leave one until you have them.
FAQ, hours, service-area list, privacy policyThe boring pages that make a site feel legitimate — and that Google looks for.
Scroll progress bar, back-to-top, reduced-motion supportSmall things. People notice.
Google Drive photo gallery ProDrop job photos into a Drive folder from your phone. Subfolders become albums. The gallery rebuilds itself.
Video hero with your own intro KitA 45-second cut of your work with voiceover, lazy-loaded so it never slows the page.
Div 05

How it works

From ROC number to live site in a day

The demo is free and takes nothing from you but a license number. You only pay when you decide to keep it.

Send your ROC number

We pull your business name, license class, city and trade from the public ROC record. Add a phone number so we can send you the link.

Takes about 1 minute

We publish a demo site

A real, live one-page site for your business on a temporary address — schema, lead form, ROC verify link and all. Look at it on your phone.

Live within 24 hours

Keep it, or don't

Pick a package. We connect your domain, wire the lead form to your inbox, add your photos and services, and hand you the claim link. If you pass, the demo quietly expires.

Full site in 3–5 business days

Questions

Straight answers

What do I need to get a demo site?

Your Arizona ROC license number and a phone number or email. We pull your business name, classification and city from the public ROC record and build the demo from that. If you're handyman-exempt, give us your business name and city instead.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Every site is plain HTML on your own domain. If you leave, you take the files and the domain with you. There's no WordPress install, no plugins and no proprietary builder holding your content.

Where do my leads go?

The quote form posts to a Google Apps Script that emails you within seconds and logs the lead to a Google Sheet you own. The Full Marketing Kit adds SMS alerts to your phone.

I'm a handyman without a ROC license. Can I still get a site?

Yes. Sites for unlicensed work include Arizona's handyman exemption disclosure so you stay on the right side of the statute, and the ROC badge is replaced with your actual credentials.

Can I edit the site myself?

Pro and Kit sites include a browser editor: click any text on your own site, change it, and publish. Photos are managed from a Google Drive folder — drop images in and the gallery rebuilds itself.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, SSL, the lead-capture backend, uptime monitoring, and content changes. Cancel any time; the site stays yours.

Will this rank me #1 on Google?

Nobody can promise that, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What we do: give Google and AI assistants clean, structured information about your business, a page for every service and city, and a site that loads fast on phones. That's the foundation the map pack and organic results are built on.

How is this different from Wix or GoDaddy?

Those give you a blank builder. We give you a finished contractor site with the Arizona-specific pieces — ROC verify link, license class, exemption disclosure, service-area pages — already done, and a lead form that's tested to actually deliver. You also don't pay per plugin.
